Cancellation Policy

At CMR Feeds, we work hard to process and deliver your orders quickly. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand when and how you can cancel an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched. To cancel your order:

  • Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped or prepared, we will process the cancellation and refund (if applicable) within 7–10 business days.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

We do not accept cancellations in the following scenarios:

  • Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse

  • For custom or bulk orders specifically arranged on customer request

  • For perishable feed products that have already been packed

3. Cancellation by CMR Feeds

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Unavailability of stock

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Issues with delivery areas

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, customers will be notified and any amount paid will be fully refunded.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment gateway
