At CMR Feeds, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. Due to the nature of our products (animal and agricultural feed), returns are subject to specific terms and conditions as outlined below.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Most of our products are perishable and consumable, and therefore not eligible for return once delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the quality, hygiene, and safety of all our goods.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You have received the wrong product

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The product has expired (if applicable and if mentioned on packaging)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Clear proof of damage/defect must be provided (photo/video evidence)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Resolution Options

5. Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved, CMR Feeds will coordinate the pickup or request that you return the product to a specified location. No return shipping charges will be applied if the issue is due to our fault (wrong or defective product).

6. Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for return:

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product quality

  • Product disliked due to personal preference after opening

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers (though we will assist)
