Refund Policy

At CMR Feeds, we strive to ensure that our customers receive the best quality products and services. However, due to the nature of our business and the products we offer, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.


1. No Refund on Perishable Goods

We deal primarily with agricultural and livestock feed products, which are perishable in nature. As such, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or not as described

  • Expired (in case of packaged goods)

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos) by contacting our support team via phone or email.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product

  • A credit note for future purchase

  • A partial or full refund (in rare and specific cases)

Note: CMR Feeds reserves the right to assess the validity of the claim before processing any action.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if the product has already been dispatched or is in transit. For cancellations before dispatch, please contact our customer support immediately after placing the order.


4. Refund Timeline (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original method of payment

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
